| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept most credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule Please allow 2 days for order processing. We ship all purchases via DHL courier service. In the UK goods will normally be delivered the next working day. In the rest of Europe and North America purchases will normally be delivered within four working days. Euro costs are approximate indications and may vary according to the exchange €/£ exchange rate. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with our service in any way please contact us immediately. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Simply return the goods in their original packaging for a refund. We cannot refund shipping costs already incurred. If, through no fault of our own or the shipping company, we are unable to deliver goods or we are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund your purchase less the cost of delivery (both outward and return). Breakages or damaged goods should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt and returned at the earliest opportunity. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
